Job Title: Production Chemist (Color Cosmetics)

Experience: 2-3 years in Color Cosmetics Production

Job Description:

Cherry Cosmo, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking a talented Production Chemist specializing in Color Cosmetics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in color cosmetics production, with a passion for innovation and quality.

Responsibilities:

· Formulation and development of color cosmetics products, including but not limited to lipsticks, eyeshadows, and blushes.

· Conducting stability tests, compatibility tests, and quality control assessments on raw materials and finished products.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

· Troubleshooting production issues and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

· Maintaining accurate records of formulation data, batch records, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.

· Proven experience (2-3 years) in color cosmetics production within a manufacturing environment.

· In-depth knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, formulation techniques, and manufacturing processes.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, EU, etc.) for cosmetics manufacturing preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
